米索前列醇、芬太尼联合丙泊酚在无痛人流手术中的临床应用体会

摘要

Objective:To study the misoprostol, fentanyl combined propofol used in painless abortions operation effect and its safety. Methods:300 cases of early pregnancy women our divided into the observation group and the control group and observation group 150 examples using misoprostol, fentanyl combined propofol anesthesia group, 150 patients with propofol intravenous anesthesia. The two groups were observed the indicators of the operation. Results:Two groups of patients with propofol average dosage, analgesic effect and cervical relaxation degree comparison, significant difference (P<0.05). Two sets of patients during the operation, the amount of bleeding, blood oxygen saturation, awake time and from school time comparison, no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Misoprostol, fentanyl combined propofol used in painless abortions surgery has good effect, and has the higher safety.%　　目的：探讨米索前列醇、芬太尼联合丙泊酚应用于无痛人流手术的效果及其安全性。方法：将我院2008年5月~2011年5月自愿要求终止妊娠的300例早孕妇女随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组150例采用米索前列醇、芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉，对照组150例采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉。观察两组患者手术的各项指标。结果：两组患者的丙泊酚平均用量，镇痛效果和宫颈松弛度比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的术中出血量、血氧饱和度、清醒时间和离院时间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：米索前列醇、芬太尼联合丙泊酚应用于无痛人流手术具有良好的效果，并有较高的安全性。
