实施系统化功能练习教育对骨科术后患者恢复的影响

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the implementation of systematic function of education practice effect on recovery of patients in the Department of orthopedics. Methods:The department of orthopedics after 200 patients into two groups, experimental group and control group, each of 100 cases. The patients ranged in age from 12 to 86 years old. The experimental group to implement the system, planned functional practice education, by responsibility nurse tracking its function effect of training;the control group according to the fracture patients after routine patient care, two patients visit after 3 months. Results:The total hospitalization patients in experimental group was signiifcantly less than that of the control group (P<0.01). Rate, the degree of cooperation, signiifcantly higher than the control group on nurses' satisfaction rate in experimental group awareness training patients (P<0.01). Conclusion:Systematic functional exercise can shorten the period of education recovery of patients after surgery, reduce patient costs, increase the satisfaction rate of patients, improve patient rehabilitation exercise on the awareness rate.%目的:探讨实施系统化功能练习教育后对骨科患者恢复的影响。方法:将骨科术后200例患者分成两组,实验组和对照组,各100例。患者年龄12~86岁。实验组实施系统的、有计划的功能练习教育,由责任护士跟踪其功能练习效果;对照组按照骨折病人术后病人常规护理,两组出院后回访3个月。结果:患者总住院天数实验组明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。患者训练知晓率、配合程度、对护士满意率实验组明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:系统化功能练习教育可缩短患者术后恢复期,减轻病人费用,增加病人满意率,提高病人对康复练习的知晓率。
