This FEIS (Final Environmental Impact Statement) has been prepared to analyze the impacts of the first 13 years of implementation of the proposed Recovery Implementation Program. The Program's First increment is to benefit the target species and their habitat in the Platte River Basin and to provide compliance with the ESA for certain historic and future water uses in each state.
