螺旋CT对于急性阑尾炎的诊断价值及与正常阑尾的影像对比研究

摘要

目的：探究螺旋CT诊断急性阑尾炎的价值及对比总结急性阑尾炎与正常阑尾的影像特征。方法：于我院选取经手术被确诊为急性阑尾炎的患者60例作为观察组和正常阑尾的患者60例作为对照组。分析对比两组的螺旋CT影像。结果：观察组阑尾的显现率、阑尾腔内固体的例数、可见脂肪条带、局部积水、脓肿形成的例数、阑尾层数、直径及管壁厚度明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。阑尾腔内积气液态的差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论：螺旋CT能够清晰明确且全方位地显示急性阑尾炎的本身及周围的各种征象，与正常阑尾的影像相比可知，螺旋CT对急性阑尾炎的诊断提供了较高的医学价值。%Objective: To explore the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis and contrast conclusion acute appendicitis and image characteristics of the normal appendix.Methods:In our hospital after the surgery has been selected 60 patients with the diagnosis of acute appendicitis as observation group and 60 patients with normal appendix as control group.Analysis contrast spiral CT images of the two groups.Results:Rate of observation group appeared the appendix,the appendix cavity of the solid cases,visible fat belt,local water layer,the number of cases of abscess formation,appendix,diameter and wall thickness were signiifcantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically signiifcant (allP<0.05).Appendix cavity gas liquid deposition difference had no statistical signiifcance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Spiral CT can clearly and all-round show various signs of acute appendicitis itself and the surrounding,compared with the image of the normal appendix,the spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis provides high medical value.
