鞘内给药加脑脊液置换治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床分析

Objective: To investigate the cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy plus intrathecal administration of tuberculous meningitis clinical results.Methods:120 patients with tuberculous meningitis were randomly divided into two groups.Among the control group 57 cases,63 cases observed,it has comparable.Implementation of the conventional anti-TB patients in the control group and symptomatic treatment,the observation group were treated with intrathecal administration plus cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy in the control group basis.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,the cerebrospinal fluid pressure measurement and biochemical improvement before and after treatment,statistical indicators of cerebrospinal fluid pressure and two groups of patients returned to normal life time.Results:The clinical cure rate and effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher after treatment,both groups of patients the cerebrospinal fluid pressure and biochemical indicators have improved,which improve patient observation group than the control group,the observation group cerebrospinal fluid pressure,and the recovery time of the indicators were significantly older than the control group.The comparison between the two groups obviously,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tuberculous meningitis treatment for patients with intrathecal joint cerebrospinal fluid replacement can improve patient outcomes,shorten the course of treatment.%目的：探讨鞘内给药加脑脊液置换治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床效果。方法：选取结核性脑膜炎患者120例，随机分为两组。其中对照组57例，观察组63例，使其有可比性。对照组患者实施常规抗结核及对症治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予鞘内给药加脑脊液置换治疗。对两组患者治疗效果进行评价，测定两组患者治疗前后脑脊液压力及生化指标改善情况，统计两组患者脑脊液压力及生活指标恢复正常时间。结果：观察组患者临床治愈率和有效率均明显高于对照组，经过治疗，两组患者脑脊液压力及生化检查各项指标均有所好转，其中观察组患者改善明显优于对照组，观察组患者脑脊液压力及各项指标恢复时间均明显早于对照组。上述比较两组差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对结核性脑膜炎患者实施鞘内给药联合脑脊液置换的治疗方法，可以改善患者预后，缩短治疗疗程。
