丹红注射液结合经穴疏导推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection combined with acupoint grooming massage in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:From 2012 October to 2013 October in our hospital 75 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients, randomly divided into the observation group of 38 cases and control group of 37 cases. The control group took continuous traction treatment by using the pillow jaw type electric traction, the observation group took Danhong injection combined with acupoint grooming massage technique treatment,the clinical effect was compared between two groups. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.11%, significantly higher than 67.56% in the control group (P<0.05). Symptom scores decreased after treatment in the two groups, but symptom scores in the treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.05). In the comparision of VAS,Tanaka Yasuhi pushed the disease symptom scores in the treatment group between before and after treatment, symptoms and signs of patients after operation improved significantly compared with before operation(P<0.05);In the comparision of VAS, Tanaka Yasuhi pushed the disease symptom scores after treatment between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The left and right vertebral artery diameter of patients in the two groups after treatment improved significantly compared with before treatment, but the degree of improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong injection combined with acupoint grooming massage in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis has significant clinical curative effect, can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with abnormal cervical vertebra, correct abnormal cervical vertebra,,expand blood vessel diameter.%目的：探讨丹红注射液结合经穴疏导推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效。方法：选取2012年10月～2013年10月本院就诊的75例椎动脉型颈椎病患者，随机分为观察组38例及对照组37例。对照组采取枕颌式电动牵引器持续牵引法治疗，观察组采用丹红注射液联合经穴疏导推拿手法治疗，比较了两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为92.11%，明显高于对照组的67.56%（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后症状积分降低，但治疗组症状积分下降尤为显著（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗前后VAS、田中靖久颈推病症状量表评分比较，术后患者症状体征较术前有所改善（P＜0.05）；两组VSA、田中靖久颈推病症状量表治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组患者的左、右侧椎动脉直径与治疗前比较，均有提高，但观察组的提高程度明显优于对照组（P均＜0.05）。结论：丹红注射液结合经穴疏导推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著，可明显改善患者的症状，矫正颈椎异常，扩大血管直径。
