自拟参地丹杞汤治疗消渴病的临床研究

摘要

目的：观察对比自拟参地丹杞汤与格列齐特治疗2型糖尿病（气阴两虚证）的临床疗效。方法：将入住我院的2型糖尿病患者（气阴两虚证）60例，按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均应用控制饮食的方法治疗，对照组在此基础上应用格列齐特治疗，每日80～160mg（不超过240mg），治疗组加用自拟参地丹杞汤。两个疗程后，检测两组患者的FPG、FINS、ISI、TG和气阴两虚症状改善情况。结果：两组患者的FPG、FINS、ISI、TG指数和气阴两虚症状改善情况在治疗后均有改善，治疗组的改善程度和总有效率均高于治疗组，均P＜0.5。结论：自拟参地丹杞汤治疗2型糖尿病（气阴两虚证）疗效优于格列齐特，可以更好地改善患者的糖脂代谢和气阴两虚症状。%Objective: To observe the contrast effect of self-made Shendidanqi Decoction and gliclazide in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (deficiency of both qi and Yin Syndrome).Methods:According to random number table,60 patients with typeⅡ diabetes( qi-yin deficiency combined stasis syndrome) were divided into treatment group and the control group. Both groups adopted diet-control therapy,on which basis the control group were given gliclazide( 80-160mg/d,no more than 240mg) and the treatment group were given self-made Shendidanqi Decoction.After two courses of treatment,patients from both groups should be detected FPG,FINS,ISI,TG and qi-yin deficiency syndromes.Results:FPG,FINS,ISI,TG and qi-yin deficiency syndromes of patients from both groups(P<0.5) have been improved and the improvement degree and total effective rate of the treatment are superior to that of the control group.Conclusion:As its efficacy is superior to gliclazide,the self-made Shendidanqi Decoction deserves clinical expansion for its better improvements of glucose and lipid metabolism and qi-yin deficiency syndromes of patients with diabetes.
