PURPOSE: A producing method of vacuum packed chicken soup with ginseng, and the vacuum packed chicken soup with ginseng are provided to offer the anticancer effect and the liver function improvement effect. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of vacuum packed chicken soup with ginseng comprises the following steps: inserting dried acanthopanacis cortex, dried hovenia dulcis, dried Chinese osage orange, and dried ligusticum acutilobum into water, and boiling to extract and obtain broth(S1,S2); inserting rice, chestnut, jujube and the ginseng into raw chicken(S7); inserting the raw chicken stuffed with the ingredients with the obtained broth into a vacuum pack(S8); and boiling the vacuum pack for cooking the chicken(S9).
