尿路感染临床诊断中尿常规检测的应用与价值研究

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To research the value of Urinary tract infection in the clinical diagnosis of urine using dif-ferent methods of testing.Methods:100 patients with suspected urinary tract infection were enrolled in our hospital from Oct,2015 to Mar,2016.Urine dry chemical method,urinary sediment method and urine chemical method were used in urinary specimens.Urine sediment method to detect the accuracy and specificity were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of urinary stem method combined urinary sedimentation method was 97.22% (70 /72)and speci-ficity was 96.43% (27 /28),which was significantly higher than urine sedimentation method,urine sedimentation method alone Test results,test (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Urinary stem chemical method combined with urinary sedi-ment method is more accurate,more accurate and more specific in the detection of urinary tract infection in clinical di-agnosis of urinary tract infection.%目的：对尿路感染临床诊断中应用不同尿常规检测方法的价值进行研究。方法：纳入黔江中心医院2015年10月～2016年3月期间收治疑似尿路感染患者100例作为研究对象，对尿液标本单纯应用尿干化学法、尿沉渣法、以及联合应用尿干化学法、尿沉渣法检测下的准确率以及特异性进行对比。结果：尿干化学法联合尿沉渣法对尿路感染的诊断准确率为97.22％（70／72），特异性为96.43％（27／28），显著高于尿干化学法、尿沉渣法单独检测结果，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：在尿路感染临床诊断中应用尿干化学法联合尿沉渣法对尿液标本进行检测的效果确切，准确率高、特异性高。
