基于PICOS模式进行医学信息检索课的案例教学有利于促进学生的循证医学思维。论述了引入循证医学的PICOS模式来构建医学信息检索课程案例教学的必要性，并用具体实例探讨和说明了基于PICOS模式进行案例教学的教学案例设计、案例分析和检索方法以及在课程各阶段的适用性和实施过程。%PICOS model-based case teaching of medical information retrieval curium is of benefit to stimulate the EBM thinking of students. The necessity of PICOS model-based case teaching of medical information retrieval curi-um was thus described, with its design, case analysis, retrieval methods, applicability and implementation studied and illustrated by examples.
