复旦大学2010年～2014年八年制临床医学专业流行病学试卷和成绩分析

摘要

Objective To determine if the final examinations from 2010 to 2014 can reflect the true level of knowledge by eight-year program medical students of Fudan University,and to provide information to improve the quality and validity of test scale.Methods Test papers and scores of individual students were analyzed by applying education measurement and using selected indicators.Results The students' scores showed a normal distribution with a mean score of 79.12 (standard deviation:9.47).During the 5 years,discrimination indexes varied between 0.16 and 0.20;whereas difficulty indexes were between 0.15 and 0.26.The test scale had a validity that varied from 0.438 to 0.732.Conclusions The test scales had a high difficulty index and low discrimination index,although the structure validity of the scale is reliable.There is a need to adjust the difficulty of the scales according to the knowledge and ability that the students have obtained.%目的 评价试卷成绩是否真实反映考生学习水平,为实现更加科学、合理的命题提供依据.方法 运用教育测量学的原理和方法,对2010年～2014年复旦大学八年制临床医学专业流行病学考试试卷进行分析,对学生考试成绩进行处理,分析试卷及试题质量.结果 本次考试学生的平均成绩为79.1分,标准差为9.47,呈正态分布.数据分析的结果表明,5年间,复旦大学八年制临床医学专业流行病学期末考试试卷总体区分度在0.16至0.20之间,难度系数介于0.15和0.26之间,信度系数介于0.438和0.732之间.结论 试卷总体难度较高、区分度较低,具有较为良好的可靠性,能够比较全面、客观地反映学生对预防医学课程内容的掌握程度.今后需要根据学生掌握知识的情况,适当调整试题的难度.
