借鉴住院医师规范化培训改进临床实习的探讨

摘要

为探讨住院医师规范化培训对临床实习教学的借鉴意义,本研究从临床教学现状分析入手,立足教学管理的不同层次;论述教学管理体系、师资培训、教学内涵建设等方面的借鉴改进方案.旨在通过规范教学管理提高临床教学质量,实现从实习到住培的无缝衔接.%The referential significance of standardized training for residents in clinical practice teaching was explored by analyzing current teaching situation. We analyzed some plans for improvement in management construction,talent training, teaching content construction and so on, in order to standardize medical teaching management and improve teaching quality, so as to link up clinical practice teaching to standardized residency training tightly.
