目的:建立一种应用光纤倏逝波生物传感器快速检测单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的方法。方法用单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌单克隆抗体对光纤进行包被,制备检测光纤探针,用纳米量子点对单增李斯特氏菌多克隆抗体进行偶联标记,建立基于光纤倏逝波生物传感器检测单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的方法。并对其检测的灵敏性及特异性进行了确定,同时通过对人工模拟样品的检测确认该方法检测实际样本的可能性。结果该方法检测单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的灵敏度可达30 CFU/mL,且具有较强的特异性同其他常见食源性病原菌无交叉反应,可用于实际样品的检测。结论应用该技术检测单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌是一种快速、准确的新方法,具有实际应用价值。%Objective A rapid detection method of Listeria monocytogenes was established initially using fiber-optic evanescent wave biosensors.Methods With Listeria monoclonal antibody coated optical fibers,the optical fiber probe to detect Listeria monocytogenes was manufactured,the detection sensitivity and specificity were confirmed.Through arti-ficial simulated sample testing,confirmed the method testing the possibility of actual samples.Results Using fiber optic evanescent wave biosensor method the sensitivity of detection of Listeria monocytogenes is 30 CFU/mL.This method also has high specificity.Conclusion the fiber optic evanescent wave biosensor can provide a new method for rapid screening Listeria monocytogenes.
