老年骨折病人的血清瘦素、MMP-10和 TMIP-1水平与骨质疏松的关系研究

         

摘要

目的:了解老年骨折病人骨质疏松的发病情况,探讨血清瘦素、MMP-10和 TMIP-1水平对骨质疏松的影响。方法选择本院骨折病人80例,选择同时期参加健康体检的42名老年人作为对照组,分别测定研究对象的血清瘦素、MMP-10和 TMIP-1因子,了解骨折病人与对照组的骨密度差异,比较骨折病人不同骨密度水平的血清指标变化,并分析其与骨密度的相关性。结果骨折病人骨质疏松症的发病率为57.5%,将骨折病人按照骨密度水平分成骨质疏松组、骨量减少组和骨量正常组。三组瘦素、MMP-10和 TMIP-1水平不同,骨质疏松组的瘦素、MMP-10高于骨量减少组和骨量正常组(P <0.05)。骨折病人的骨密度与血清瘦素、MMP-10水平呈负相关(r 分别为-0.351、-0.236,P 值分别是0.004、0.012),随着患者骨密度的降低,血清瘦素和 MMP-10水平逐渐升高。结论老年骨质疏松容易导致骨折,骨密度联合血清瘦素和 MMP-10测定可早期诊断骨质疏松症;改善居民生活饮食习惯,提高老年人的生活质量。%Objective To understand the incidence of fractures in elderly patients with osteoporosis,to investigate the effect of serum leptin,MMP-10 and TMIP-1 levels on osteoporosis.Methods Fracture patients 80 cases from our hospital were selected,choice the same period in heslthy elderly people as control group,the research object of serum leptin,MMP-10 and TMIP-1 factor were measured,to understand the differences in BMD fracture patients and control group,to compared the changes of serum index of patients with fracture of different levels of bone mineral density,and analyze its correlation with bone mineral density.Results Fracture in patients with osteoporosis morbidity rate was 57. 5%,the fracture patients were divided into osteoporosis group,osteopenia group and normal bone mass group.three groups of serum leptin,MMP-10 and TMIP-1 levels are different,serum leptin and MMP-10 of osteoporosis group higher than that of osteopenia group amd normal group(P <0.05).Bone density of patients with bone fracture was neg-atively correlated with serum leptin and MMP-10(r are-0.351,-0.236,P respecti-vely are 0.004,0.012).with the de-crease of bone mineral density in patients,serum leptin and MMP-10 levels increased gradually.Conclusion Senile oste-oporosis easily lead to fracture,leptin and MMP-10 combined with bone density can improve the ability of early diagno-sis of osteoporo-sis,to improve the lives of the residents diet habit,to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
