目的：探讨肥胖大鼠体内锌代谢指标的变化情况，为调整膳食结构，防治肥胖提供理论依据。方法将20只雄性 Wistar 大鼠随机分为对照组和肥胖组，每组10只，分别喂养普通饲料和高脂饲料，8周后眼球取血处死。试剂盒测血清锌含量、碱性磷酸酶活性及血管紧张素转化酶活性。结果与对照组大鼠比较，肥胖组大鼠血清铁含量、碱性磷酸酶活性及血管紧张素转化酶活性均有所升高（P ＜0．05）。结论肥胖会导致锌含量增高，引起锌代谢指标的改变。%Objective To investigate the influence of obesity on zinc metabolism.As the adjustment of dietary struc-ture,provides the theory basis for the prevention and treatment of obesity.Methods 20 male Wistar rats,were random-ly divided into control group and obesity group,10 rats in each group.ordinary diet and high fat diet,respectively,The blood were obtained from eyeball after 8 weeks,then kill the rats.The serum zinc content,alkaline phosphatase activity and angiotensin conversion enzyme activity were detected.Results Compared with control group rats.The serum iron content,alkaline phosphatase activity and angiotensin conversion enzyme activity in obesity group were significantly higher than that in,control group (P <0.05)Conclusion Obesity can lead to higher zinc content,lead zinc metabolism index change.
