RP-HPLC测定芪仲腰舒丸中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量

摘要

Objective To establish a method for content determination of pinoresind diglucoside in Qizhong Yaoshu Pill by RP-HPLC. Methods Diamonsic Cis Column (4.6 mmX 150 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (17 : 83), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 T! And the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results The linear range of pinoresind diglucoside was within 0.199-1.394 ng (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.88% (RSD=1.31%). Conclusion The established method is convenient, accurate and highly specific, and it can be used for the quality control of Qizhong Yaoshu Pill.%目的 采用反相高效液相色谱法建立芪仲腰舒丸中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法.方法 色谱柱为Diamonsic C18(4.6mm×150mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(17∶83),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为277nm.结果 松脂醇二葡萄糖苷进样量在0.199 -1.394 μg时线性关系良好,r=0.999 9.平均加样回收率为98.88%(RSD=1.31%).结论 本方法 简便、准确、专属性强,可用于本品的质量控制.
