湖北省潜江市学龄期儿童生活质量评价研究

         

摘要

目的 了解湖北省潜江市某学校儿童生活质量现状,分析不同年级及性别对儿童生活质量状况影响.方法 采用整群抽样,通过问卷调查法调查3~6年级小学生1429人.结果 调查显示,儿童生活质量较好;86.4%儿童生活质量状况在中等及以上,13.6%儿童生活质量较差或非常差;与低年级相比,高年级儿童在同伴关系(3.24±0.58)、学习能力与态度方面(2.86 ±0.61),躯体感觉(3.20 ±0.56)、生活便利性(3.17±0.74)、活动机会性(2.35±0.74)方面有较高得分;女生在社会心理功能、自我满意度各个维度得分均高于男生,男生在运动能力方面评分高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 不同年级和性别对小学3~6年级儿童生活质量状况有影响.%Objective To investigate the current situation about quality of life (QOL) among children in a primary school and explore the associations among grade,gender and QOL in children.Methods Using cluster sampling,1429 students were invested in grade 3rd-6th from a primary school in Qianjiang by questionnaire survey.Results In general,children in this school had high QOL,86.4% of children had a level of moderate or above QOL,and 13.6% of them was poor or worse level.Compared with children in low grade,children in higher grade acquired higher scores on peer relation (3.24 ±0.58),learning ability and attitude (2.86 ±0.61),somatic sensation (3.20 ±0.56),life convenience (3.17 ± 0.74),activities opportunistic (2.35 ± 0.74).Girls had higher scores on social psychological function,self-satisfaction,while boys acquired higher scores on athletic ability.There was statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion QOL among children in grade 3rd-6th was associated with grades and gender.
