目的：了解兰州铁路局职工健康素养现状，为开展健康教育、健康促进提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法抽取研究对象，采取访谈式的问卷调查方式收集资料，问卷内容以原卫生部发布的《中国公民健康素养———知识与技能试行》为依据，对调查对象的答题正确率进行判断。结果共发放调查问卷2290份，收回有效问卷2267份，有效收回率为99.0％。兰州铁路局不同岗位一线职工健康知识总知晓率为60.1％，健康行为总养成率为55.4％，健康技能总掌握率为65.6％；职工健康知识平均分为（10.82±3.07）分，健康行为平均分为（7.60±2.20）分，健康技能平均分为（2.63±0.94）分，健康素养综合平均分为（21.04±5.17）分。结论兰州铁路局不同岗位一线职工健康素养水平较低，有待进一步提高。%Objective To understand the status of health literacy among railway staffs and workers in Lanzhou, and provide evidence for further health education and health promotion.Methods A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to determine the participants of the study.The questionnaires were collected by interviewing.The correct an-swers of the questionnaire were based on “Chinese citizens health literacy knowledge and skills” issued by Ministry of Health.Results A total of 2290 questionnaires were sent out,of which were 2267 valid questionnaires,the valid recovery rate was 99.0%.The rates of the health knowledge awareness,health behavior formation rate and health skills were 60.1%, 55.4%,65.6%,respectively.The health knowledge average score was (10.82 ±3.07),the health behaviors average score was (7.60 ±2.20),the health skills average score was (2.63 ±0.94),and the health literacy consolidated average score of railway workers was (21.04 ±5.17).Conclusion The front-line railway workers in different positions in Lanzhou Railway Bureau had lower health literacy levels,it is necessary to be improved.
