The present invention relates to a safety alarm system for a track worker which prevents possibility of a safety accident in advance by generating a luminescent alarm or alarm sound that can be easily recognized by the worker when a railroad vehicle (motor car, etc.) approaches the worker during maintenance work on a track, or when the worker and an obstruction are separated by a certain distance by leaving work tools (the obstruction). According to the present invention, since a signal transmitted from the railroad vehicle is received through a communication alarm device possessed by the worker, possibility of a collision accident with the railway vehicle (motor car, etc.) of the worker on the track is reduced and evacuation time is ensured. In addition, occurrence of safety accidents is prevented in advance by lowering possibility of railway vehicle accidents caused by the work tools placed on the track.
