虾青素对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响

         

摘要

目的 研究虾青素对高脂饲料喂养下大鼠诱发高脂血症过程中血脂代谢的干预作用.方法 将60只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、高血脂模型组、辛伐他汀阳性药组(200 mg/kg)、虾青素高、中、低剂量组(415、210、110 mg/kg),分别饲喂标准、高脂、高脂+辛伐他汀、高脂+虾青素,于实验开始前1d和开始后第4、8、12周末取空腹血,检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C).结果 与高血脂模型组比较,虾青素组的TC、TG、LDL-C在8、12 w时降低,差异显著(P<0.01),而HDL-C升高,差异显著(P<0.01).结论 虾青素可以对高脂饲料喂养大鼠诱发高脂血症过程中的血脂代谢产生影响,改善血脂变化.%Objective To observe the effect of astaxanthin on the lipid level of SD rat by high fat feed. Methods 60 SD male rats were randomized into six groups with 10 rats in each group. They were individually housed in metal cages in an air-conditioned room. Throughout the experimental period, they were given restricted amounts of food (40 ~50 g/d)per diet, with no limit of drinking. Rats in control group were fed with standard diet, ones in hyperlipidemia model group with standard diet containing cholesterol. Rats in astaxanthin group were fed with standard diet containing cholesterol plus astaxanthin, all lasting for 12 weeks. Blood samples were drawn just before the experiment and at the 4th, 8th, 12th weekend of the experiment. The blood samples were analyzed for total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG) , high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and measured enzymatically by automatic facilities. Results Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group, TC, TG and LDL-C level were lower markedly by dietary astaxanthin at the 12th weekend (P <0. 01) , but HDL-C level was higher than that of the hyperlipidemia model. Conclusions Asaxanthin may effect on the lipid level of rat by high fat feed.
