藻类修复富营养化水体中的硝酸盐的效果主要体现在对其吸收能力上.为了准确把握鼠尾藻对硝酸盐的吸收能力,在人工养殖的条件下,通过观察模拟自然海区环境条件下鼠尾藻对不同浓度硝酸盐的吸收情况,研究了鼠尾藻在不同污染程度的海区中除氮量的贡献率大小.结果表明:当硝酸态氮含量为10~ 30μmol·L-1时,吸收速率随着硝酸盐含量的增加而增大,在硝酸盐浓度为30μmol·L-1时吸收速率最大,但随着硝酸盐含量的继续增加,吸收速率反而降低.说明硝酸盐含量约为30μmol· L-1时,鼠尾藻对硝酸盐的吸收能力最强.%The effect of eutrophication repair from alage in water mainly reflected in its ability to absorb.
