Maspin和VEGF-C蛋白表达与卵巢癌发生及临床病理学的关系

         

摘要

目的 研究Maspin和VEGF-C蛋白表达与卵巢癌的发生和临床病理因素的相关性.方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测60例卵巢癌(卵巢乳头状浆液性癌33例、卵巢子宫内膜样癌7例、卵巢黏液性癌20例)、18例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤、14例交界性卵巢肿瘤标本及10例正常卵巢组织中Maspin和VEGF-C的蛋白表达,并进行对照比较.结果 Maspin和VEGF-C在卵巢癌中的阳性表达率分别为65.0%和68.3%,与卵巢交界性肿瘤、良性肿瘤、正常卵巢组织相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵巢癌组织中,Maspin的表达与病理类型、分化程度无相关性(r=0.125,P=0.34;r=-0.037,P=0.778),与FIGO临床分期、淋巴结转移、腹水密切相关(r=-0.364,P=0.004;r=0.311,P=0.015;r=-0.292,P=0.024).VEGF-C的表达与淋巴结转移、FIGO临床分期、腹水有相关性(r=-0.280,P=0.031;r=0.377,P=0.003;r=0.384,P=0.002).Maspin与VEGF-C蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.349,P=0.006).结论 卵巢癌细胞中Maspin和VEGF-C蛋白均有较高水平表达,可能在卵巢癌的血管发生、进展、淋巴结转移中发挥着重要作用.联合检测卵巢癌中Maspin和VEGF-C蛋白的表达,有利于更好地评估卵巢癌的生物学行为,提高对患者预后判断的准确性.%Objective To investigate the expression and correlation between Maspin, VEGF-C and the tumor genesis of the ovary, clinical-pathological variables. Methods Using immunohistochemistry, Maspin and VEGF-C expression of 60 ovarian carcinoma tissues ( 33 serous papillary carcinomas, 7 endometrioid carcinomas, and 20 ovarian mucinous carcinomas ) and 18 benign ovarian tumors, 14 borderline ovarian tumors and 10 normal ovarian tissues were examined and compared. Results The positive expression rates of Maspin and VEGF-C were 65. 0% and 68. 3% respectively, there were significant difference between these expression in tissues of ovarian carcinoma and borderline carcinoma, benign tumor, normal ovarian tissues; over expression of Maspin was not correlated with pathological type and the degree of differentiation( r =0. 125 , P = 0.34; r = -0.037, P =0.778 ), but it was correlated with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics ( FIGO ) stage, presence of metastatic lymph nodes, and the presence of ascites( r = -0. 364, P =0. 004; r =0. 311, P =0. 015; t = - 0. 292, P = 0. 024 ). Over expression of VEGF-C was correlated with presence of metastatic lymph nodes, FIGO stage, and the presence of ascites ( r = - 0. 280, P = 0. 031; r = 0. 377, P = 0. 003 ; r = 0. 384, P = 0. 002 ). Maspin was negatively correlated with VEGF-C( r = - 0. 349, P =0. 006 ). Conclusion Over expression of Maspin and VEGF-C was detected in ovarian carcinoma. High expression of Maspin and VEGF-C are seemed to play a role in ovarian cancer angiogenesis, progression and lymph node metastases. Combination detection the expressions of Maspin and VEGF-C is helpful for evaluating the biological characteristics and predicting the prognosis of ovarian carcinoma.
