两性霉素B和伊曲康唑的体外联合药敏试验分析

摘要

目的 研究两性霉素B和伊曲康唑在酵母菌体外联合药敏试验中的相互作用,为临床用药提供参考依据.方法 参照美国国家临床试验标准化委员会(NCCLS)提出的标准(M27-A方案),采用棋盘微量稀释法对28株酵母菌(隐球菌和念珠菌)进行了二性霉素B和伊曲康唑的体外联合药敏试验.结果 发现联合用药时各药物的MIC几何均值比单用有显著降低,差异有显著性(P＜.05);二性霉素B和伊曲康唑的协同相加作用较为明显,部分抑菌浓度指数(FICI)的平均值为0.999.结论 二性霉素B和伊曲康唑对致病酵母主要表现为协同相加作用.%Objective To study the interaction between amphotericin B and itraconazole to yeasts in vitro. Methods According to M27-A method of NCCLS, the checkerboard microdilution method was applied to analyze 28 strains of yeasts to find in vitro interaction. Results Compared with the single agents, there were significant reductions in the geemetrie mean of the MIC of the combinations (P＜0.05). Synergitic and additive interactions were obviously observed. The average value of FICIs was 0.999. Conclusion Antifungal synergy is the main effect between amphotericin B and itraconazole against pathogenic yeasts.
