Objective In order to compare the fungal degradation ability of hair keratin in vitro,and to determine the correlation between tineacapitis and protease.Methods Seven tested strains were inoculated in the liquid mediums containing hair for twenty weeks.The release content of soluble protein was detected by BCA method.We could compare protease activity by them.Results ①The tineacapitis pathogenic fungi group and non pathogenicfungi group showed no significant differences (P>0.05).②Microsporumgypseum,Trichophytonrubrum,Trichophytontonsurans and Trichophytonmentagrophytes grew well.Epidermophytonfloccosum,Scopulariopsisbrevicaulis and Trichophytonschoenleinii grew little.③The destroy severity degree of hairs was accord with the mycelium increments.Conclusion The fungal protease is one of the virulence factors,but we can't completely explain the pathogenesis of tineacapitis only by protease.Trichophytonschoenleinii can't infect hair cuticle directly,and it maybe infects skin or hair follicle first.%目的 比较真菌体外降解头发角蛋白能力,以初步探讨头癣与蛋白酶的相关性.方法 用含头发为氮源的液体培养基,将7种不同真菌培养20周,诱导后的培养液采用BCA法检测可溶性蛋白量,以释放的蛋白量初步判定蛋白酶活性.结果 ①头癣致病菌组与非致病菌组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②诱导后石膏样小孢子菌、红色毛癣菌、断发毛癣菌、须癣毛癣菌生长多,而絮状表皮癣菌、短帚霉、许兰毛癣菌生长少;③头发破坏严重程度与菌丝增量结果一致.结论 真菌蛋白酶是真菌的毒力因子之一,但仅用蛋白酶尚不能完全解释头癣的发病机制;许兰黄癣菌不能从毛小皮侵入,可能是经皮肤或毛囊处感染.
