胃肠道间质瘤组织中p21WAF-1蛋白的表达及意义

摘要

目的:通过研究胃肠道间质瘤组织中p21WAF-1蛋白表达情况及其与临床病理因素的关系,以期为胃肠道间质瘤恶性程度的诊断、判断预后指标提供科学依据.方法:选取2008年9月-2011年6月的病例,包括胃肠道间质瘤病例63例和非胃肠道间质瘤病例的正常胃黏膜标本30例,进行免疫组化测定.采用SAS9.2统计软件分析各个指标有无差异.结果:胃肠道间质瘤组和正常组在性别和年龄分布上差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；胃肠道间质瘤组和正常组的p21WAF-1蛋白表达差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).p21 WAF-1蛋白表达与肿瘤直径、有无坏死、细胞类型和危险程度有关.结论:胃肠道间质瘤组的p21WAF-1蛋白表达低于正常组,影响p21 WAF-1蛋白表达的因素主要有肿瘤直径、有无坏死和细胞类型,p21WAF-1蛋白表达可作为判断胃肠道危险度的指标.%Objective: To study the expression and sense of p21WAF-1 in gastrointestional stro-mal tumors, and then provide information for diagnosis and prognosis. Methods: To compare the expression of p21WAF-1 and clinicopathoiogical factors of two group of patients with gastrointestionalstromal tumors or without from September 2008 to June 2011. Results: The gastrointestional stro-mal tumors group and without group with different gender, age were not significantly different(P>0. 05). But the expression of p21WAF-1 in two group were significantly different(P<0. 05). The expression of p21WAF-1 had correlation of tumor size, cell type, necrosis and NIH risk. Conclusion: The expression of p21WAF"1 in the group of gastrointestinal stromal tumors were more lower, the expression had relationship with tumor size, cell type and necrosis. The expression of p21WAF-1 may be helpful in prognostic indicators in gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
