Congenital heart disease related pulmonary arterial hypertension (CHD—PAH) is a large class of PAH ,the patients possess pulmonary vascular disease as well as heart injury .When CHD complicated with PAH ,their progno—sis usually is poor .It is of important significance to understand natural course and influencing factors of prognosis of CHD—PAH for diagnosis and treatment of these patients .%先天性心脏病相关性肺动脉高压(CHD—PAH)是肺动脉高压中的一大类,患者不仅有肺血管疾病而且同时伴有心脏损伤.当先心病患者合并肺动脉高压时,通常预后不良.了解CHD—PAH的自然病程以及预后影响因素,对于诊断和治疗这类患者具有重要意义.
