Method for determination of indications for surgical treatment of children with congenital heart diseases complicated with lungs hypertension includes determination of level of lungs hypertension. Additionally one determines level of troponin and cerebral natriuretic prepeptide. If levels of those are increased compared to control, one prescribes urgent surgical treatment.
