蝇蛆壳聚糖降血脂作用机制探讨

         

摘要

Purpose To study the mechanism of housefly maggot chitosan's(HMC) regulation activity on blood lipid.Methods The diet-induced hyperlipidemia model was established by using high-cholesterol diets.Then the rats were respectively fed by gavage with HMC at different doses.Contents of apolipoproteins, correlated enzymes and active substances were tested by biochemical methods.Results HMC could increase apolipoprotein AI (ApoAI) ( P < 0.01 ) and ApoAI/ApoB ( P < 0.01 ).It could activate lecithin cholesterol acyl transferase(LCAT) (P < 0.01 ).It could activate SOD and lower MDA content (P < 0.01 ).It could advance the NO level.Conclusion The mechanism of blood-fat-lowering effects is miscellaneous.It may be as follows:increasing HDL-C and ApoAI,activating LCAT and SOD and promoting NO.Therefore HMC can advance antiporting of cholesterol, strengthen anti-lipid peroxidation and improve the function of blood vessel endothelium.%目的:研究蝇蛆壳聚糖降血脂作用机制.方法:利用以高脂饲料喂养大鼠诱导建立的饮食性高脂血疽模型,采用灌胃不同剂量蝇蛆壳聚糖给药,通过生化法检测各组大鼠载脂蛋白、相关酶及活性物质,初步探讨蝇蛆壳聚糖调节血脂机制.结果:蝇蛆壳聚糖能升高载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI),升高ApoAI/ApoB比值,使卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶(LCAT)活性显著升高,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高NO水平(P<0.01).结论:蝇蛆壳聚糖调节血脂的作用机制是多方面的.蝇蛆壳聚糖通过升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,升高ApoAI,激活LCAT,促进胆固醇的逆向转运,抑制低密度脂蛋白胆固醇氧化修饰,调节血脂水平.通过提高SOD活性.增强机体抗脂质过氧化作用的能力,调节血脂水平.通过促进NO的生成和释放,改善血管内皮的功能,调节血脂水平.
