黄元御对消渴病的认识

摘要

Diabetes was first seen in " The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic",the knowledge of diabetes' pathogenesis from the Doctors was growing based on " The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic",Huang Yuanyu raised the idea to treat diabetes from the function of Liver,the occurrence and development of diabetes are closely related with the hepatic.The liver,The gallbladder and stomach is not smooth,which is the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes,therefore,in medicine,he tend to starting from the liver,and nourishing the liver,prefer to moisture the spleen,and smooth the liver,when the wet was gone,the liver was smoothed,it's of great clinical significance for future generations to prevent and treat diabetes.%消渴病最早见于《黄帝内经》,后世医家在《黄帝内经》的基础上对消渴病病因病机的认识不断发展,黄元御在对消渴病的认识过程中提出从肝论治消渴病的思想,认为消渴病的发生发展与肝密切相关,“肝失疏泄,气郁化火”、“胆胃气逆,风火合邪”皆为消渴病的病因病机,据此在用药方面偏于从肝入手,力倡疏肝柔肝,善于化脾土之湿气,疏肝胆之郁气,脾之湿气得化,则肝气顺畅,其论治思想对后人防治消渴病有着重要的临床意义.
