鸭疫里默氏菌的血清型及药物敏感性分析

             

摘要

为了解近期鸭疫里默氏菌的血清流行病学,明确鸭疫里默氏菌的敏感药物,本研究根据鸭疫里默氏菌的gyrB基因序列设计检测引物,建立PCR检测方法,并对收集的2006~2012年间福建省及邻近省份的疑似鸭疫里默氏菌病死亡鸭、鹅,进行细菌分离,PCR鉴定,凝集试验确定血清型,纸片法分析药物敏感性。该PCR法具有较好的特异性,检测敏感性可达102~103 CFU/mL。分离鉴定鸭疫里默氏菌423株,分属于1、2、3、6、10、11、13、14、17型和未知型,2型、11型、1型和17型合计占所有菌株数量的86.4%。50%以上分离菌株敏感的药物有氟苯尼考、头孢拉定、头孢氨苄、阿莫西林、头孢唑啉和壮观霉素。%The objectives of the present study were to establish a PCR method for detection of Riemerella anatipestifer to investigate into serotype distribution and examine drug sensitivity. Dead ducks and geese suspected of Riemerella anatipestifer infection were collected during 2006-2012 from Fujian Province and its neighboring provinces and bacterial strains were isolated. A total of 423 Riemerella anatipestifer isolates were obtained. These isolates were identified in PCR using primers designed according to gyrB gene, serotyped in agglutination test and examined for drug sensitivity by paper diffusion method. The PCR method showed good specificity and dsensitivity up to 102-103CFU/mL. These isolates belonged to serotypes 1, 2, 3, 6, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 17. Those isolates belonging to serotypes 1, 2, 11 and 17 accounted for 86.4%of all isolates. The serotypes of a few isolates were unknown. More than 50%of the isolates were sensitive to Florfenicol, Cephradine, Cefalexin, Amoxicillin and Ciprofloxacin.
