老年人免疫特征与过敏性鼻炎

摘要

The function of immune system in the elderly tends to declined with aging,especially the decreasing in function of T-cells.The prevalence of allergic rhinitis in the elderly is relatively low,perhaps due to the immune response decreasing with aging.Reactivity to allergen skin tests and serum total and specific IgE levels change with aging,but the trends of changing are still uncertain.Understand of the change of immune system and the immunological features of allergic rhinitis in the elderly can provide theoretical basis and scientific evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.%老年人免疫功能随年龄增长出现减退，最突出的表现是 T 细胞功能下降。过敏性鼻炎在老年人群中的发生率相对较低，这可能与机体免疫应答随衰老而减弱有关。研究表明，过敏原皮肤试验反应性、血清总 IgE 及特异性 IgE 水平随衰老而改变，但变化趋势尚无统一定论。了解老年人免疫系统的改变，以及老年人过敏性鼻炎的免疫学特征，可为临床诊断与治疗提供理论基础和科学依据。
