目的:调研北京市综合类三级医院"互联网+"各平台建设现状,为进一步完善医院"互联网+"平台建设提供思路.方法:以北京市55所综合类三级医院为调查对象,从医院的官网、微信公众号、微博、APP等平台建设现状进行内容分析及描述.结果:55所医院的官网、微信平台及微博建设取得一定成果,APP建设有待于进一步完善.结论:北京市三级综合类医院"互联网+"平台建设需进一步明确各平台不同分工,不断扩展"互联网+医疗"服务的方式和内容,进一步改善患者就医体验、提高全民健康水平.%Objective: To learn status quo of internet+ platform construction and give reference for further constructing in tertiary general hospital in Beijing. Methods: Taking fifty-five tertiary general hospitals in Beijing as the research objects, this paper conducts an analysis and a description of the current construction situation of the following platforms, namely official website, WeChat official account, micro-blog(Weibo) and APP. Results: The results show that the operation of official website, WeChat official account and micro-blog 'Weibo' in the fifty-five hospitals are better than App. Conclusions: It is considered that the functions of different internet+ platform needs more clear and the methods and content of internet+ platform needs to be promoted on further improve visiting experience and people's health.
