分级诊疗背景下医联体发展的探讨与建议

摘要

分级诊疗是实现基层首诊、双向转诊,提高各级医疗机构资源使用效率的重要医改内容.医联体的成立与发展正是推动分级诊疗格局形成的有效立足点,近些年的具体工作也为分级诊疗的落地打下了基础.以首都医科大学宣武医院医联体为例,对以核心医院为主导的医联体运行模式如何在分级诊疗要求与趋势下更好地发展进行探讨,为推进医联体发展提供借鉴和参考.%hierarchical healthcare system is an important part of the new healthcare reform aims to achieve the first diagnosis and treatment in primary hospital and dual referral and improve health resources allocation efficiency.Medical association is an important countermeasure to effectively promote hierarchical healthcare system and has got some basis in the current years.Taking Xuanwu hospital association as an example,how to develop core hospital led medical association mode is discussed to give some reference for medical association further development.
