医联体模式下中医护理技术培训实践与探讨

摘要

Abstract：Objective To set up the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology training system based on the model of regional medical consortium, and to investigate its application efficacy. Methods 〓Taking advantage of a certain third grade class-A TCM hospital, a team of experts was established. TCM nursing technology training system was designed and related training program was performed to 30 nurses from hospitals affiliated to regional medical consortium. The TCM theory knowledge and practice skills of nurses were assessed after implementation of training. The satisfactory degree of nurses was evaluated by self-made questionnaire. Results The pass rate of assessments on TCM theory knowledge and practice reached up to 90.00% among nurses. The score of satisfactory evaluation was(88.22±2.78)points, which indicated a relatively high satisfaction on training system. Conclusion 〓The TCM technology training system based on the model of regional medical consortium is an effective tool to improve the theory knowledge and practice skills of nurses.
