创新型医学人才特征与培养途径

摘要

The characteristics of creative medical experts are discussed in four aspects: the thinking mode with intermixing of centralization and dispersion, high level responsibility, creative personality, and team spirit and collaboration. It is revealed that only the advanced consent of high quality man power, the highest priority is to serve the community, can promote the total level of medical experts. The way of training is discussed in three aspects, strengthening the creative study, creative practice and creative thinking.%从集中与分散互融的思维模式、高度的责任感、创新的个性化及具备团队精神和合作能力4个方面阐述了创新型医学人才的特征.指出了必须确立先进的人才意识,即以人为本的观念,才能提升医学人才的整体水平,并从加强创新型学习、勤于创新型实践及善于创新型思考3个方面论述了培养创新型医学人才的途径.
