高等院校激励型地学人才培养模式研究——以中国地质大学(武汉)地学人才培养为例

         

摘要

With the incentive-type of school personnel training mode,the incentive-theory is throughout the personnel training of the whole process.By building a train platform,it will be to improve students learning on professional awareness and interest in the degree.So it can promote students to take the initiative to enhance level of the geoscience theory and practice ability,in order to achieve the goals of education and teaching.China University of Geosciences(Wuhan) has been innovating the personnel-trainingthinking,to make it better of the personnel training path and constructed training model of the incentive to learn mainly in the field of teaching,scientific and technological projects supermarkets,social practice,graduates service.%激励型地学人才培养模式将激励理论贯穿于地学人才培养的全过程,通过搭建培养平台提高地学专业学生对地学专业的认知度和兴趣度,促进地学专业学生主动提升地学理论水平和实践能力,从而实现学校的教育教学目标和个人的专业理想。中国地质大学(武汉)不断创新地学人才培养思想,完善地学人才培养路径,构建了以"野外教学、科技项目超市、社会实践、毕业生服务"为主要内容的激励型地学人才培养模式。
