Objective To analyze the state of applying appropriate technology on " community 0 - to - 36 - month children's health management" in community health service centers in order to improve the health management level for community children. Methods To summarize the operating situation of 0 - to - 36 - month children's health management and to compare the index changes of children's health care work quality in community before and after the pilot work. Results Through the use of appropriate technology on " community 0 - to - 36 - months of children's health management", the child health management work of the street got a qualitative change , the personnel management skills and consciousness of children's health were obviously improved, the benefit for children was evidently raised, and the rates of children's health coverage and management system were obviously improved. Conclusion The application of appropriate technology on " community 0 - to - 36 - months of children's health management" has changed the situation and promoted children's health care work in community. The health management of community children has a great social demand and good social effect, so it is necessary to further spread and apply.%目的 分析总结"社区0～36个月儿童健康管理"适宜技术在深圳市光明新区公明街道社区健康服务中心的应用情况,以提高社区儿童的健康管理水平.方法 总结我街道社区0～36个月儿童健康管理的开展情况,对比试点前后儿童保健工作质量的指标变化.结果 通过使用"社区0～36个月儿童健康管理"适宜技术,我街道的儿童健康管理工作有了质的改变,儿保人员的儿童保健技能、健康管理意识明显提高;社区儿童受益明显,儿童保健覆盖率、系统管理率明显提高.结论 "社区0～36个月儿童健康管理"适宜技术的应用改变了社区儿童健康管理局面,促进了社区儿童保健工作的开展,社区儿童健康管理有很大的社会需求和良好的社会效应,有必要进一步推广和使用.
