全科住院医师规范化培训社区带教中的体会

摘要

目前,全科住院医师规范化培训虽已实施多年,但目前还存在带教师资队伍薄弱、带教大纲欠细化、带教形式欠多元化等一些问题.本文以复兴医院-月坛社区卫生服务中心为例,讨论全科住院医师规范化培训社区带教中的一些体会,要加强发展全科医学社区实践带教工作,培养合格的全科医生,加强对现有社区卫生师资人员的培训,完善社区实习基地建设,重新修订轮转大纲,才能促进全科医学卫生事业的发展.%Although standardized rotation of general practitioner residency has been implemented for many years , problems still exist concerning the absence of high - quality teaching staff, detailed teaching outline and diversified teaching forms.In this paper, we take the example of Yuetan Community Health Service Center, Fuxing Hospital to discuss the teaching experiences in the standardized rotation of general practitioner residency in community health service centers. . With the hope to promote the development of general medicine, several endeavors have yet to he exerted, including strengthening the practice teaching in community health organizations, fostering qualified general practitioners, strengthening the training of teaching staff, consummating the practice teaching pilots and revising the rotation outline.
