基于“温岭杀医案”的医患关系暴力倾向现象多维探析

摘要

当前我国医患关系日趋紧张，突出表现为医疗纠纷引发的暴力事件层出不穷。本文从2013-10-25“温岭杀医案”入手，从制度、法律、伦理、认知等层面分析了我国医患关系恶性发展的原因，并据此指出构建和谐医患关系需要以破解制度性困境为基础，以消除法律不公为动力，以缩小医患认知差异为辅助，以规范媒体报道为外力。%The relationship between doctors and patients in our country is increasingly disharmonious,which is mostly manifested as the endlessly emerging violent events triggered by medical disputes. This paper analyzes the possible reasons for the phenomenon from the aspects of institution,legislation,ethic and cognition and puts forward some measures accordingly. That is, the establishment of harmonious doctor-patient relationship should be based on the cracking of institutional dilemma,be powered by the elimination of legal injustice,be aided by the contraction of doctor-patient cognitive gap and be forced by criterion of media reports.
