运用病例讨论的模式培养在职全科医生应用循证医学技能的体会

摘要

This paper introduces the method of applying evidence -based practice in the case discussion of general practice into one case with chest pain. That is firstly propose related clinical questions from the general practice cases,and then retrieve and consult relevant clinical databases or guidelines through Chinese databases of Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and China National Knowledge Infrastructure and English database of METSTR Evidence - based Medicine. Guiding clinical practice based on the results,the thesis intends to improve the mastering level of evidence-based medicine skills by on-the-job general practitioners in community,practice their clinical thinking ability,and make them master the ability of searching and evaluating the latest literatures and applying clinical evidences, so as to improve their level of diagnosis and treatment.%本文介绍了在1例胸痛患者的全科医学病例讨论模式中应用循证医学的方法，即首先从全科医学病例中提出相关临床问题，然后通过万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网中文数据库以及迈特思创循证医学英文数据库进行检索及相应临床指南的查阅，根据其结果来指导临床实践。本模式旨在提高社区在职全科医生运用循证医学技能的水平，锻炼其临床思维能力，使其掌握查询和评价最新文献、运用临床证据的能力，提高诊疗水平。
