单采血小板和混合浓缩血小板的比较

摘要

Objective:To compare clinical curative effect of single platelet with the mixed concentrate platelets.Method:To analyze the general data of patients with platelet infusion,and make numerical tests.With increased platelet count index (CCI),blood platelet back charge rate (PPR) and clinical symptoms in clinical efficacy assessment work.Result:CCI was 90.0%,PPR is 93.3% in single platelet group;CCI was 63.3%,the PPR was 68.3% in mixed concentrated platelet.Two groups of 1 h CCI,24 h CCI,1 h PPR,24 h PPR after infusion,clinical symptoms of hemorrhage curative effect were statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Single platelets can increase the number of platelets in peripheral blood,to achieve therapeutic effect,and avoid bleeding complications.%目的：比较单采血小板、混合浓缩血小板的临床疗效。方法：分析行血小板输注患者的一般资料，对其进行血小板数值检测。借助血小板计数增加指数(CCI)、血小板回收率(PPR)、临床症状开展临床疗效评估工作。结果：单采血小板组有效率CCI为90.0%，PPR为93.3%；混合浓缩血小板组有效率CCI为63.3%，PPR为68.3%。两组输注后1 h CCI、24 h CCI、1 h PPR、24 h PPR、临床出血症状疗效比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论：单采血小板，能够提升外周血中的血小板数量，实现治疗作用，规避大出血并发症。
