去白混合浓缩血小板与单采血小板输注临床效果分析

         

摘要

目的:分析去白混合浓缩血小板以及单采血小板输注的具体临床效果。方法选择我市东华医院收治需输注血小板的住院患者作为研究对象随机分组研究,对照组均应用单采血小板输注,研究组均应用去白混合浓缩血小板输注。将两组患者的输注效果、临床症状改善情况以及不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果研究组的白细胞残留量显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者输注1h 后以及24h 后的血小板计数均显著高于输注前(P <0.05);而两组输注1h 后以及24h 后的组间血小板计数差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。两组患者组间以及内输注1h 和输注24h 后的 CCI 差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),两组输注有效率差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。两组患者输注后止血分数均显著少于输注前(P <0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率不具有显著性差异(P >0.05)。结论去白混合浓缩血小板输注效果与单采血小板输注效果无显著差异,不良反应率低,值得推广应用。%Objective To explore the effect of eukocyte-deleted mixed platelet concentrate and apheresis platelets transfusion. Methods Hospitalized patients required platelet transfusion in Donghua hospital of our city were selected and were group studied.The control group were applied single platelet transfusion, the research group were applied to white mixed concentrated platelet transfusion.Effect of infusion,the improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse effect of the two groups were compared. Results Residual leukocyte of the research group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Two groups of patients after 1h and after 24h platelet count were significantly higher than that before infusion (P < 0.05),and the two group after infusion of 1h and 24h among groups after platelet count the difference was not significant (P > 0.05).Two groups of patients between groups and the inner transmission was not statistically significant difference of injection 1h and lost CCI after 24h infusion (P > 0.05).The difference of infusion rate between the two group was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Two groups of patients after transfusion hemostatic scores were significantly less than before infusion (P < 0.05).The occurrence of two groups of patients with adverse reaction rate has no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion The differences of eukocyte-deleted mixed platelet concentrate transfusion effect and apheresis platelets transfusion effect between the two groups was all not significantly.The rate of adverse reactions is low, it is worthy of popularization and application.
