奥美拉唑使用时间对ICU机械通气患者医院获得性肺炎的影响

摘要

Objective:To analyze the impact of omeprazole use time on the ICU mechanical ventilation patients with hospital-acquired pneumonia. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 40 cases of ICU mechanical ventilation patients in our hospital.Results:The gastric juice pH value and hospital-acquired pneumonia incidence of ICU mechanical ventilation patients whose omeprazole use time was 3 days were significantly lower than that of 15 days,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:If the ICU mechanically ventilated patients are given appropriate omeprazole use time,their pH value of gastric juice can be maintained at an appropriate level,so that the hospital-acquired pneumonia incidence stabilizes at a lower level.%　　目的：分析奥美拉唑使用时间对 ICU 机械通气患者医院获得性肺炎的影响.方法：对笔者所在医院收治的40例 ICU 机械通气患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：奥美拉唑使用时间为3天时 ICU 机械通气患者胃液的 pH 值和医院获得性肺炎发生率明显较低，和使用15天相比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：ICU 机械通气患者在奥美拉唑使用时间恰当的情况下，胃液的 pH 值能够保持在适当浓度，从而使医院获得性肺炎的发生率稳定在较低的水平.
