三甲医院护士离职意愿的现况调查及影响因素分析

         

摘要

目的:调查护士离职意愿的现况,了解护士不同个人特征和离职意愿的相关性。方法:本研究采用问卷法收集资料,用一般情况调查表和离职意愿调查表对200例护士进行调查,回收有效问卷189份。结果:离职意愿各维度的得分由高到低依次为:辞去目前工作的可能性(Ⅰ)、寻找其他工作的动机(Ⅱ)、获得外部工作的可能性(Ⅲ)。离职意愿很高的护士占8.47%,离职意愿较高的护士占62.43%,离职意愿较低的护士占27.51%,离职意愿很低的护士占1.59%,科室、护龄、职称、有孩子是护士离职意愿的独立危险因素。结论:护士的离职意愿普遍较高;科室、护龄、职称、有孩子是护士离职意愿的影响因素。%Objective:To investigate the status of turnover intention of nurses,to investigate the correlation between the nurses with different personal characteristics and turnover intention.Method:This research adopted questionnaire method to collect data,of 200 nurses were investigated with general questionnaire and turnover intention questionnaire,189 valid questionnaires were recovered.Result:The turnover dimensions will score from high to low were the possibility to quit my present job(Ⅰ),looking for other work motivation(Ⅱ),the availability of external work(Ⅲ).8.47% nurse turnover intention was very high, 62.43% nurses turnover intention was higher,27.51% nurses turnover intention was low,1.59% nurse turnover intention was very low.Department,nursing age,title,children were independent risk factors of turnover intention of nurses.Conclusion:Turnover intention of nurses is higher.Department,nursing age, professional titles,their children are factors influencing the turnover intention of nurses.
