摘要

It has been a common phenomenon that there is a high rate of young employees' dismissing rate. This essay, with existing theories and practical researches, will have a brief analysis on factors that possibly affect young employees' quitting tendency for reference of the education on career development of college students. A general summary on the defects of the existing relevant research will also be included.
