自然流产与女性生殖道沙眼衣原体不同基因型感染关系分析

摘要

Pregnant women genital tract chlamydia trachomatis infection cause pregnant women abortion,chlamydia trachomatis own existence of 19 genotypes of D-K 8 genes associated with genitourinary infections,D,E,F type as common factors in the female reproductive system infection must attach importance to it. In CT detection,there exist differences in different genotypes of epidemiological features,however,does not exist in the related research materials and chlamydia trachomatis in different genotype related research,so this study from different genotypes of female genital tract chlamydia trachomatis infection direction,this paper discusses its relationship with spontaneous abortion,provide theoretical basis for the correlation between them.%孕妇生殖道沙眼衣原体受到感染会致使孕妇流产，沙眼衣原体自身存在的19种基因型中的D~K 8种基因型与生殖泌尿系感染具有相关性，D、E、F型作为女性生殖系统感染中常见因素必须予以重视。在CT检测中，不同基因型存在着不同的流行病学特征，然而在相关研究资料中不存在与沙眼衣原体不同基因型相关的研究，因此本研究中从女性生殖道沙眼衣原体不同基因型感染方向入手，探讨其与自然流产的关系，为二者之间的相关性提供理论性依据。
