Objective:To investigate the impact of implementation essential drug system on the patients' satisfaction degree and the intention of visiting in the clinic.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among the outpatients in this city randomly. Results:2202 outpatients were investigated in this survey,in which there 1 365 cases(62%) were satisfied with the price of drugs , 1 378 cases(62.6% ) were satisfied with the number and types of drugs,and 1 959 cases(89% ) satisfied with drug delivery rationality.210 cases Choose pharmacies to buy durgs by themselves(9.5%),1 762 cases(80%) selected primary hospital as the first choice,209 cases(9.5%) choosed the public hospitals more than two degree,and 21 cases(1%) selected private hospital.Conclusion:After implementation of the basic drug system,the number of choose primary hospital had increased,and the patients satisfaction also increased significantly.%目的:探讨实施基本药物制度对门诊患者满意度及就诊意向的影响.方法:随机对本市门诊患者进行问卷调查.结果:本次共调查门诊患者2 202例,对药品价格满意1 365例(62.0%),对药品的数量和种类满意1 378例(62.6%),对开药合理性满意1 959例(89.0%).选择药店自购210例(9.5%),首选基层医院1762例(80.0%),选择二级以上的公立医院209例(9.5%),到私营医院21例(1.0%).结论:实施基本药物制度后,首诊选择基层医院的人数加多,患者的满意度明显升高.
