目的：探讨采用莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑和法莫替丁治疗反流性食管炎的效果。方法：收治反流性食管炎患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗；观察组采用莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑和法莫替丁治疗。结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：采用莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑和法莫替丁治疗反流性食管炎，不仅能促进胃动力，增加抑酸时间，同时也增强了食管对反流物的清除功能，改变了胃腔的环境，增强治疗效果，对促进患者的生活质量也有积极的作用。%Objective:To investigate the effect of mosapride combined with omeprazole and famotidine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:80 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group were given mosapride combined with omeprazole treatment;the observation group was treated with mosapride combined with omeprazole and famotidine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:We use the mosapride and combined with omeprazole and famotidine famotidine to treat reflux esophagitis,not only can promote gastric motility,increase acid suppression time,but also enhance the esophageal reflux material removal function,change the gastric luminal environment,and enhance the treatment effect, promote the quality of life of patients also has a positive role.
