血清饥饿对大鼠血管平滑肌细胞黏附和铺展的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of serum starvation on the adhesion and spreading out of vascular smooth muscle cell in rat.Methods:Vascular smooth muscle cells in rat cultivated were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group were given DMEM containing 10% serum,and the experimental group were given DMEM,then the cell adhesion amount and spreading out of the two groups were compared.Results:The average number of smooth muscle cell adhesion was (127±11) and that of the control group was (194±9).The cells of the control group spread out and had pseudopod extend,the smooth muscle cells of the experimental group had poorer spreading effect and the pseudopodia was not obvious.Conclusion:Serum starvation inhibited the vascular smooth muscle cell adhesion and spreading out in rat to a certain extent.%目的：探讨血清饥饿对大鼠血管平滑肌细胞黏附和铺展的影响。方法：培养大鼠血管平滑肌细胞，分为对照组与实验组。对照组给予含10%血清的DMEM，实验组给予DMEM，比较两组细胞黏附数及铺展情况。结果：实验组平滑肌细胞黏附数目平均(127±11)个，对照组细胞黏附数目(194±9)个。对照组细胞铺展较开，并有伪足伸出，实验组平滑肌细胞铺展效果较差，伪足伸出不明显。结论：血清饥饿在一定程度上能抑制大鼠血管平滑肌细胞的黏附和铺展。
