年轻医生面临的医患纠纷成因以及有效沟通技巧探索

摘要

Objective:To investigate the causes of medical disputes facing by young doctors and effective communication skills.Methods:144 patients were selected from August 2013 to August 2014.Tey were divided into two groups using random sampling method with 72 cases in each group.The observation group strengthening communication skills of the young doctors according to the causes of medical dispute,while the control group without any intervention.Results:The probability of medical disputes in the observation group was 1.39% (1/72),significantly lower than that in the control group which was 11.11% (8/72),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The difference in values,professional knowledge and humanistic background of the young doctors were intrinsic factors of medical dispute.In order to avoid the occurrence of medical dispute,the young doctors should be aware of their own shortcomings,strengthen communication skills, and improve their professional knowledge and humanities.%目的：探讨年轻医生面临医患纠纷的成因及有效沟通的技巧。方法：2013年8月-2014年8月收治患者144例，运用随机取样法分成两组，各72例，观察组针对医患纠纷的成因，加强年轻医生的沟通技巧，对照组未进行任何干预。结果：观察组医患纠纷发生率1.39%(1/72)，显著低于对照组的11.11%(8/72)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：年轻医生面临的价值观、专业知识以及人文背景等不同是导致医患纠纷的内在因素，为避免医患纠纷的发生，年轻医生应该认识到自身的不足，加强沟通技巧，提高自身的专业知识及人文素养。
